1️⃣ Concrete Jacketing
Concrete jacketing is a proven structural strengthening technique used to increase the load-carrying capacity of columns, beams, and walls. This method involves enclosing the existing member with additional concrete and reinforcement to improve stability and seismic resistance.
2️⃣ PMM (Polymer Modified Mortar)
Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM) is used to repair damaged surfaces, enhance adhesion, and provide a durable waterproof layer. It’s especially effective for patch repairs and minor retrofitting where flexibility and crack resistance are needed.
3️⃣ Carbon Wrapping (Carbon Fiber Wrapping)
Carbon fiber wrapping is an advanced method to enhance structural strength without adding much weight. The carbon fiber sheets are bonded to structural elements using epoxy resin, significantly increasing tensile strength and ductility.
4️⃣ Laminated Wrapping
Laminated wrapping uses fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) laminates to reinforce structural elements. It is ideal for retrofitting slabs, beams, and columns where minimal disruption is essential. These laminates offer high strength-to-weight ratios and excellent durability.
5️⃣ Fire Mortar Plaster

6️⃣ Epoxy Grout (Possibly “Epoxy Croute”)
Epoxy grout (possibly intended as “epoxy croute”) is a high-strength resin used to fill cracks and voids in concrete. It bonds well to concrete surfaces, restoring structural integrity and preventing further deterioration. Ideal for crack injection and anchor bolt fixing.
